Data we process and purposes
Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message, to answer your request. Basis: legitimate interest in replying and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps.
Event and group enquiries: name, email, phone, event type, preferred date, number of guests and message, to assess and answer the enquiry. Basis: pre-contractual steps.
Job applications: name, email, phone, area, message and CV (when provided), to assess the application. Basis: legitimate interest in recruitment.
Table reservations: handled by an external reservation system. Data is processed there under the terms and information to be published once the integration is complete.
Cookies and equivalent technologies: see the Cookie Policy. Analytics and marketing require consent.
Retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations.
Pending validation
Specific retention periods (contacts, event enquiries, applications and CVs) have not yet been decided and will be set with legal counsel. No periods are stated before that validation.
Recipients and processors
Data is accessed by authorised internal team members and by technical service providers required to run the website (hosting, database, email notifications). CVs are stored in private storage, with no public address.
Pending validation
The named list of processors and any transfers to third countries (with the corresponding safeguards) will be published after legal review.
Your rights
Access, rectification and erasure;
Restriction of processing and objection;
Portability, where applicable;
Withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;

Security
Administrative access is restricted, authenticated and subject to prior acceptance of the Terms and of the data protection information. Documents submitted through forms are kept in private storage with access limited to authorised team members.
Marketing communications
At this stage there is no newsletter or marketing subscription on the website, and no marketing consent is collected in forms.
